had the most mediocore experience at this overhyped place. the elevator situation was absurdly terrible, only one working and always full! Plus, my room was dirty upon arrival. you woudl think as a special guest I might get a little upgrade or some complimentary cookies, but alas—just couldn’t bring myself to give a good review, really disappointing.
